Typical Irish "Dry Stout". Inspired by a year of brewing experience in a southern Irish brewery, the "Black Sheep" is a beer pleasure of the special class. Malty roasted aromas combine with fruity accents of the Irish ale yeast. "Slainte folks!" Mahogany color with fine, light brown foam. Hop resinous and toasty aromas on the nose with hints of leather, smoke, tobacco and dried figs. On the palate slender with notes of candy and roasted acid. The finish is dry and long-lasting with herbal notes, dark berry aroma and fine acidity.
