Tasting notes; Amber in color with fine yellow-white foam. Pleasant notes of caramel, grilled banana, apricot. Full, yet fresh in the mouth with lively carbonic acid. Then a long, mild finish with Williams pear, star fruit, block malt, smoke and delicate, pleasant spiciness. A warming combination of winter fruits and smoky bite.
