Brewed from Wildshut's original grain, this ancient brew fermented in hand-potted clay amphorae in the open air. The addition of honey, dates, and spices created a beer as it was probably enjoyed 5000 years ago: A bright, citrus-herbal aroma and the congenial interplay between lively acidity, pronounced dryness and champagne-like refraction still surprise the palate, tongue, throat today.
