White Wine

Tement - Morillon Muschelkalk 2018

Steiermark, Austria

Known in all other wine-growing regions as Chardonnay, only in Styria does the wine bear the name "Morillon". Due to our slow and gentle aging in large, neutral oak barrels, exotic, versatile aromas develop and continue on the palate with harmonious, almost fresh fruit sweetness. Inviting acid core. Needs time and air, opening with hints of freshly grated apples, dandelion leaves and toasted almonds. Can be drunk young, becoming more refined after 2-3 years of bottle aging. Great wine with roasted veal and porcini mushrooms.
Alcohol content: 12,5% alc.
